CARIBBEAN CINEMAS’ PRIVATE GAMING PARTY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS Below you will find some guidelines that must be followed. Important: 1.Private functions for up to 20 guests. 2. Client must arrive with console and updates up to date, log in information, charged remotes (may bring chargers) . 3. Accepted consoles are XBOX, PLAYSTATION, SWITCH or any with HDMI post. Computers are not allowed. This must be confirmed in advance. 4. The cost will be AWG 175.00 for two hours (tax included). Price does not include concession items. Full payment must be paid in advance and it is not refundable. 5. Client must arrive 15 minutes prior of the scheduled time. By then, the equipment must be connected. 6. Caribbean Cinemas will not be held responsible for damages to the console, games or remotes. 7. All customers must always follow social distancing guidelines and wear face masks (except when eating). 8. Client must be 21 year or older to sign agreement. On the day of the event, there must be at least an adult older than 21 years of age. ID will be requested, if needed. *THIS SERVICE AND COST IS VALID UNTIL APRIL 30, 2021.
