CONDITIONS
1. PERIOD: The contest “Caribbean Cinemas is looking for its oldest movie ticket stub” will be announced on Thursday, April 4, 2019 and ends on Monday, April 15, 2019.

2. PRIZE: Person who presents the oldest movie ticket stub will receive a special courtesy pass valid for unlimited visits for one person. Courtesy pass will be valid until January 31st, 2020.

3. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Visits are subject to space availability. Access to CXC movies is valid after second week of release and must be reserved in advanced by emailing islandsmarketing@caribbeancinemas.com. Pass can be canceled without notice and it is not transferable nor replaceable for cash or another prize. Prize includes only what is established in Prize description in the Conditions and by agreeing them, all restrictions are agreed upon. Other restrictions may apply.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Older than 18 years of age living in St. Croix can participate, except Caribbean Cinemas’ employees. Only one courtesy pass per person will be granted. Limit one entry per person, per email.

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: No purchase is necessary to participate: Everyone eligible to participate must access Caribbean Cinemas US Virgin Islands’ fan page in Facebook https://www.facebook.com/caribbeancinemasusvi between April 3 and April 15, 2019. Participants will find a publication “post” that indicates the following: “Do you collect our movie tickets stubs? If you think you have the oldest one, visit this link and upload the photo”. To participate, the eligible person must access the link in the Facebook publication, complete the requested information and upload the ticket’s photo.

6. METHOD, NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM: On April 18, the person with the oldest movie ticket stub will be contacted and invited to one of our locations to prove the validity of the uploaded movie ticket stub.

The movie ticket stub date must be legible, also the theater and movie information. It cannot be altered nor written. Photocopies, photos and digital images are not allowed. Winner will have one week (from April 18 to April 24, 2019) to present the physical ticket stub. If prize is not claimed, Caribbean Cinemas will proceed by choosing the next participant with the second oldest movie ticket stub. This alternate winner will be notified and have 5 days to redeem prize. This process will be repeated as necessary until having one winner. Once “official notice” is made, the Promoter and Administrator will have the right (but not the obligation) to share the name, city and winner’s photo on any communication medium, including internet. To claim prize, notified winner must have valid ID and movie ticket. Representatives are not allowed. Promoters reserves the right to request appropriate personal identification before handing out the prize. A portrait picture must be added to the pass and winner must sign a document stating receipt of prize and assuring that fulfills with all the conditions.

7. AGREEMENT TO THE CONDITIONS: By submitting your participation for this contest, participant affirms to have read and accepted all the conditions.
