MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Based on Shuichi Yoshida`s novel "Yokomichi Yonosuke", the movie revolves around a good-natured young man named Yonosuke. Aged 18 in 1987, that is the year he moves from Nagasaki to Tokyo to enrol in university. There he befriends Yoko, Chitaru and Kato. When he goes to driving school, he meets Shoko, the daughter of a company president, and they begin dating. 16 years later, Yoko learns something unfortunate about Yonosuke and begins reminiscing of their time in college.
