MOVIE SYNOPSIS: A strange plague has ravaged the island of Puerto Rico, causing its inhabitants to turn into ravenous and destructive ghouls that are hungry for blood. During this time of crisis, three guys in a van decide to exploited and take advantage of people looking for refuge. All goes according to plan, but when their van breaks down, they find themselves fighting to survive as the ghouls close in on them.
