MOVIE SYNOPSIS: This is the story of EL OSO BLANCO, the biggest and most feared prison in the Caribbean, and the birthplace of today’s two most notorious prison gangs of Puerto Rico's institutional system, "Associación Neta" and "Los 27".

There have been hundreds of unsolved murders and over 70 unfound bodies in this institution. Only the ghosts, “El Jibaro”, and Cesar Flores, Oso Blanco's warden for the last twenty years. This will be the only cinematographic document of their story before the prison’s destruction in the very near future. Through the stories of its toughest criminal and the hardest warden, who once were on opposite sides of the system and then served as companions in this empty hell, we will get to the heart of the biggest kept secret in Puerto Rico, "El Oso Blanco", now awaiting its destruction by our government.
