MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Tiempo y Forma is a comprehensive look at the importance, scope, challenges, and achievements of architectural practice in the Dominican Republic. As our cities continue to develop, architecture and those who practice it are increasingly gaining a prominent place within the professional landscape. Time and Form seeks to shed light on the work and legacy of our great architects—something that until now has existed mainly in academic spaces—and now aims to highlight it through this work of nonfiction, told in their own voices and within the settings and structures where everything has taken place. The project also addresses the challenges faced by our cities, our tourist hubs, and our buildings, creating a document that can serve as a foundation and reference for future generations, because one cannot value what one does not know.
