MOVIE SYNOPSIS: Set in post-war Spain, recounts the adventures of a troupe of music-hall artists, in particular a strange and unusual group made up of comedian-musician Jorge del Pino, ventriloquist-musician Enrique and ten-year-old Miguel who is the son and grandson of artists. They are accompanied by cabaret singer Rocío Moliner and young dancer Merceditas. An unlikely family of lost souls, they struggle to get by one day at a time and their only escape from the misery around them is their music.
