MOVIE SYNOPSIS: "LA DIVINA MISERICORDIA (DIVINE MERCY)" focuses on the life of Saint Faustina Kowalska and her mission to reveal to the world a luminous and consoling truth: the essentially merciful face of God. The film presents unknown facts, recently released documents, and scientific analyzes that provide new information about one of the great mysteries of our faith. The similarities between the image of the Divine Mercy and the Holy Shroud of Turin reinforce the veracity of the apparitions of Jesus to Saint Faustina. The film describes the process of making the painting and explains how the cult of Divine Mercy was born and spread throughout the world. Shot in the USA, Poland, and Lithuania, the film includes, in addition to tasty testimonies, various recreations of the life of Santa Faustina and her followers, filmed with a period setting.
